
Andrew Flintoff nailed last man in Ishant Sharma to fold up the Indian innings for 453 after the hosts made a mess of their strong position.

India would now look to do some damage on the England order in the remaining few minutes of the second day.
Tea, India 356 for five
England snapped up four wickets in the second session of the day. Swann picked up Dravid, Gambhir and Tendulkar while Flintoff chipped in with the wicket of Laxman for a duck.
Dhoni and Yuvraj are however settling down for a long haul, looking solid. The Test has suddenly come alive.
Lunch, India 302 for oneRahul Dravid brought up his 26th Test ton, shrugging off a run of poor form that has haunted him this year. He has started to look solid and 'the Wall' of old. Dravid has timed the flick off his pads as crisply as the punches through cover.
Meanwhile, Gambhir went on to raise his 150 and in the process getting to 1,000 runs in Tests this year. With Tendulkar, Laxman, Yuvraj and Dhoni still to come in, England are looking at a very hard afternoon.
Gambhir has joined Ganguly and Tendulkar as the third Indian to rattle up 1,000 runs in Tests and ODI's in the same year.

Pre-Action
Gambhir scored his third Test ton of the year while Dravid found some valuable form. Both these batsmen negotiated the early swing and movement nicely and have set it up pretty nicely for India. The action on the second day can only get more intense.
