MSD: Gauti, Yuvi deserved tons

Indian skipper MS Dhoni said it was a team decision to let Gautam Gambhir and Yuvraj Singh go and get their tons in Mohali.
Both players, however, fell short. While Gambhir went for 97, Yuvraj perished for 85.
"Gauti and Yuvi deserved their tons. But unfortunately, they could not carry on."
Dhoni lauded his team for coming up with all-round performances whenever needed.
"The bowlers were excellent and whenever we needed a partnership, the batsmen got runs. We are gelling well as a team and are enjoying each other's success."
The wicketkeeper batsman said the fact that 80-90 overs were lost because of the fog affected a result.
"The wicket was good and it was the best on the third day. We were not sure about the fog and when it would set in, so it hampered our rhythm."
All five days of the Test were delayed due to north Indian winter fog, resulting in the starts being rescheduled by two and a half hours every day.
